LILAC-CREAM POINT HIMALAYANS

PORTRAITS FROM OUR KITTEN FAMILY

The Lilac-Cream Point Himalayan like the Blue-Cream Point is a tri-color variation of the rare and exotic Lilac-point, such tri-coloration pertains to female Himalayans only.  Unlike female Blue-point kittens Lilac-points usually cannot typically be identified for a couple weeks after birth, so if the kitten carries the genes for tri-coloration the Cream colors will usually show about the same time.  So a female Lilac Point or Lilac-Cream Point will typically appear as a Blue-eyed White for the first few weeks of their life - this makes things rather uncertain for those first few weeks for both the breeder and customer.  Such kittens could be a female Blue-eyed White, a female Lilac-point, or a female Lilac-Cream point - only time can tell for certain.  The Cream colorations will usually show up on the face and paws as to accent the Lilac points on the ears and tail, making an already rare and exotic Lilac-point even more colorful and exotic as a Lilac-Cream - male Himi's cannot exhibit tri-coloration.

The Beautiful and Exotic Lilac-Cream Point Girls:

Yum, Yum!

Profile of the beautiful "show-quality" Lilac-Cream Point Himalayan Kitten with the current "flat face" and "extreme nose type" CFA show quality standard.

Unfortunately, like the typical "show-quality Persian/Himalayan cat/kitten, she has the characteristic staining under her eyes from the small tear ducts that spill tears onto her face and stain her beautiful white fur.  It is very difficult to remove the staining, too, so could not do better for the pictures.
